Owners typically purchase four-week fractions with each residence limited to ten owners. Ownership programs are designed to provide maximum flexibility and to ensure that each owner has an equitable opportunity for peak demand periods. Owners have access to their residence for two weeks in the peak-demand season and two weeks in the low-demand seasons. They can also utilize it during any vacant times. Within allocated use periods, owners have the option of staying for a week, for a long weekend, or even for a day. At Fairmont Heritage Place owners commit financially only for the amount of time they would like to use their vacation home.
